With notes of cacao, honey, soft spice and dried apricot aroma, med red apple-like acidity, full rounded body, med-high sweetness, notes of milk chocolate, honey, currents and fresh apricot with a long finish, the coffee production at Fazenda Cambará is favored by exceptional weather conditions in the region.
Each year the coffee is harvested according to the highest of standards, usually at its peak around July. The estate produces a number of different varieties including Acaia, Red Bourbon, Yellow Catuai, Catucai, Novo Mundo and Icatu. The coffee cultivated at this farm is internationally recognized for its superb quality and has participated in a number of competitions.
