La Cocina features flavours of nougat, malts, nuts, teamed with a  citric acidity and a round finish.

The micro farm of El Chipote is on south facing, steep slopes of the estate. Coffee was planted in 2001 and as with all the La Bastilla coffees, grown in the deep volcanic soils of the area. All the coffee is hand picked and processed on the estate.
